Antwan Long, an experienced HR expert, currently serves the Department of the Army Headquarters at the Pentagon. Antwan has provided strategic HR advisory support to high-ranking military officials, senior Directors and Flag Officers. He specializes in managing full-cycle recruitment, military and civilian personnel actions, and HR systems like PeopleSoft and USAJOBS. With 10+ years of federal government contractor experience, his background includes team lead recruiting for the Ministry of Defense advisor international program and military HR staff officer experience, demonstrating a deep commitment to effective human capital management and process improvement.
