Antwan has provided strategic HR advisory support to high-ranking military officials, senior Directors and Flag Officers. He specializes in managing full-cycle recruitment, military and civilian personnel actions, and HR systems like PeopleSoft and USAJOBS. With 10+ years of federal government contractor experience, his background includes team lead recruiting for international programs and military HR staff officer experience, demonstrating a deep commitment to effective human capital management and process improvement.
